Shanti Gold International, an Book Built Issue, amounting to ₹ 360.11 Crores, consisting entirely an Fresh Issue of 1.80 Crores. The subscription period for the Shanti Gold International IPO opens on July 25, 2025, and closes on July 29, 2025. The allotment is expected to be finalized on or about Wednesday, July 30, 2025, and the shares will be listed on the BSE & NSE with a tentative listing date set on or about Friday, August 01, 2025.
