The company is led by Mr. Anupam Ghosh is the Managing Director and Promoter of the company, who has 25 years of experience in the healthcare products industry, Mrs. Sonia Ghosh is the Whole Time Director and Promoter of the company, who has diversified experience of 10 years in administrative activities and human resources management and Mr. Reshant Ghosh is the Whole Time Director and Promoter of the company and has 3 years of experience in marketing, he specializes in analyzing market trends, developing marketing strategies, establishing distribution networks, and engaging with distributors and stockiest.

The Revenues from operations for the Fiscals ended on Mar 31, 2025, 2024 and 2023 were ₹ 7,712.95 Lakh, ₹ 4,655.53 Lakh and ₹ 3,613.97 Lakh. The EBITDA for the Fiscals ended on Mar 31, 2025, 2024 and 2023 were ₹ 2,579.11 Lakh, ₹ 921.53 Lakh and ₹ 380.30 Lakh. The Profit after Tax for the Fiscals ended on Mar 31, 2025, 2024 and 2023 were were ₹ 1,641.66 Lakh, ₹ 384.47 Lakh and ₹ 34.69 Lakh respectively. This indicates a steady growth in financial performance.

The Company Key Performance Indicates the pre-issue EPS of ₹ 14.04 and post-issue EPS of ₹ 8.73 for FY24. The pre-issue P/E ratio is 10.32x, while the post-issue P/E ratio is 16.60x against the Industry P/E ratio is 110x. The company's ROCE for FY24 is 37.42%, ROE for FY24 is 41.71% and RoNW is 41.71%. These metrics suggest that the IPO is fairly priced.
