Landmark Immigration Consultants offer an integrated Global Consultancy Services which includes (i) Global Education Consultancy (“GEC”) services to students, aspiring to build career abroad majorly in Canada and (ii) Immigration Consultancy (“IC”) Services for Tourist/Business and application for Permanent Residency (PR). Within GEC, they assist Students in making smarter educational decisions and within IC, they assist customers in making visa application for tourist or business purpose and who are eligible to obtain a PR in that respective country.

The Company is promoted by Mr. Jasmeet Singh Bhatia and Ms. Richa Arora. The Promoters together with a team of managerial personnel govern the company, manage and control the major affairs of the business operations with their considerable experience in Global Education and Immigration Consultancy Services. They believe their success is the result of sustained efforts of the Promoters in the business, such as timely delivery, cost management, good quality, and ability to forge partnerships, strategic and business planning and opening new markets.

The Revenues from operations for the period ended on Sep 30, 2024, Fiscals ended 2024, 2023 and 2022 were ₹ 1,924.81 Lakh, ₹ 3,707.03 Lakh, ₹ 2,162.62 Lakh and ₹ 1,931.54 Lakh respectively. The EBITDA for the period ended on Sep 30, 2024, Fiscals ended 2024, 2023 and 2022 were ₹ 793.38 Lakh, ₹ 1,679.08 Lakh, ₹ 738.23 Lakh, and ₹ 627.47 Lakh, respectively. The Profit after Tax for the period ended on Sep 30, 2024, Fiscals ended 2024, 2023 and 2022 were ₹ 540.12 Lakh, ₹ 1,111.83 Lakh, ₹ 443.48 Lakh, and ₹ 393.53 Lakh respectively. This indicate a steady growth in financial performance.

The Company Key Performance Indicates the pre-issue EPS of ₹ 7.41 and post-issue EPS of ₹ 5.39 for FY24. The pre-issue P/E ratio is 9.72x, while the post-issue P/E ratio is 13.35x against the Industry P/E ratio is 27x. The company's ROCE for FY24 is 41.99%, ROE for FY24 is 35.64% and RoNW 30.25%. The Annualised EPS based on the latest financial data is ₹ 7.2 and PE ratio is 10x. These metrics suggest that the IPO is fairly priced.
