Sarvesh Singh, Executive Director of Alkem Laboratories, has secured a significant real estate investment by purchasing a sea-facing duplex in the exclusive Supreme ArtHouse project, located on Carter Road in Mumbai’s upscale Bandra neighborhood. The transaction, valued at a staggering Rs 174 crore, marks one of the most notable high-end real estate deals in the area.
The duplex spans an impressive 12,148 square feet, occupying two entire floors and offering breathtaking views of the Arabian Sea from three sides. The exclusivity of the property is underlined by the fact that Supreme ArtHouse features only one apartment per floor, ensuring a high level of privacy and luxury for its residents. The project is part of the premium ultra-luxury segment, providing spacious living areas, elegant design, and state-of-the-art amenities.
Developed by Supreme Universal, Supreme ArtHouse is positioned in one of Mumbai’s most prestigious locales. The developers, who are well-known for their focus on high-end residential projects in Mumbai and Pune, have claimed that this is one of the largest sea-facing residential deals in the Bandra area. Sunny Bijlani, Joint Managing Director of Supreme Universal, expressed that their deep understanding of the ultra-luxury segment has allowed them to cater to the discerning preferences of clients like Sarvesh Singh.
The purchase by Singh follows a notable pattern of high-value real estate transactions within his family, including previous investments in luxurious apartments in Bandra and Worli. Notably, in 2024, Singh’s family member, Seema Singh, bought a luxury penthouse in Worli for Rs 185 crore, marking another prominent deal in Mumbai’s luxury market.
These real estate investments reflect the continued demand for premium residential properties in Mumbai, particularly in exclusive areas like Bandra and Worli. As luxury real estate continues to thrive in Mumbai, deals like these further underscore the city’s position as a hub for the ultra-wealthy. The transaction also highlights the ever-growing interest in properties that offer both grandeur and unparalleled views of the Arabian Sea, solidifying Bandra as one of the most coveted addresses in Mumbai.
