The Operating EBITDA stood at ₹263 crore, reflecting a 31% growth, while Profit After Tax (PAT) grew 42% to ₹106 crore.
Divisional Performance Overview
-
Consumer Durables Division: Despite a challenging RAC season, this division delivered revenue of ₹2,560 crore, a 33% increase year-on-year, driven by a strong portfolio and expansion in component business. Operating EBITDA rose 28% to ₹192 crore. The company remains optimistic about outpacing RAC industry growth in the coming year.
-
Electronics Division: This division saw transformational growth with revenues almost doubling to ₹766 crore, a 97% rise from the prior year quarter. Operating EBITDA increased 62% to ₹49 crore. Amber filed two applications under the Electronics Component Manufacturing Scheme for multi-layer PCBs and HDI PCBs through its joint ventures.
-
Railway Sub-systems & Defense Division: The division recorded a 29% revenue growth to ₹123 crore, supported by increased product offtake in metro projects, with operating EBITDA rising 8% to ₹22 crore. The division’s expanding product portfolio and healthy order book indicate promising long-term growth.
Strategic Acquisitions and Growth Initiatives
Amber Enterprises, through its Electronics division ILJIN, recently signed definitive agreements to acquire majority stakes in Power-One Micro Systems Pvt. Ltd and Israel-based Unitronics (1989) (R"G) Ltd. The acquisitions expand Amber’s portfolio into Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), solar inverters, EV chargers, UPS systems, and industrial automation solutions such as PLCs, HMIs, variable frequency drives, and IIoT software. Unitronics has a strong global presence, especially in the US and European markets, marking a strategic step for Amber’s growth in high-potential industrial segments.
These moves complement Amber’s growing PCB verticals and broaden its reach beyond consumer durables into industrial and defense sectors, positioning the company well for accelerated expansion.
Management Commentary
Mr. Daljit Singh, Managing Director, commented on the results, “We are pleased to report a robust performance for the quarter with revenue growth of 44% year-on-year, supported by growth in all three business divisions. Our strategic acquisitions and focus on expanding our product portfolio across sectors underpin our confidence in the company’s continued success.”
Outlook
Amber Enterprises’ strong financial performance in Q1FY26 reflects the success of its diversified business strategy, operational efficiencies, and targeted investments. The company’s focus on electronics manufacturing, industrial automation, and infrastructure-related projects such as metro rail are expected to drive sustained growth in the coming quarters.
