On April 30, 2025, Bhansali Engineering Polymers Ltd. (BSE: 500052, NSE: BEPL) issued a formal disclosure to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange (NSE), stating that the company does not fall under the "Large Corporate" category as per the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) circular dated August 10, 2021.
This circular, titled SEBI/HO/DDHS/P/CIR/2021/613, outlined specific criteria for identifying large corporate entities that would be subject to additional disclosure and regulatory requirements. The company, in its disclosure, confirmed that it does not meet these criteria and therefore is not bound by the obligations specified in the circular.
Bhansali Engineering Polymers Ltd. has also included an annexure to its disclosure, providing details on its financial standing as of March 31, 2025.
