The project, awarded under a Letter of Award (LOA), focuses on MDPE Pipeline Laying, Last Mile Connectivity (LMC), and Direct Marketing Agency (DMA) activity.
Project Scope and Financial Breakdown
BPCL’s contract is structured into three main parts:

Part-A: Cooch Behar-1 (Ward No.1 to 20 – city area) – Rs. 11.64 crore

Part-B: Cooch Behar-2 (Gram Panchayat area) – Rs. 12.60 crore

Part-C: Baneswar, Birpara Chowpati – Rs. 8.97 crore
Execution Timeline and Project Details
The project is expected to be completed within eight months, with seven months dedicated to mechanical work and one month for commissioning. The effective date of the order will be set upon BPCL’s issuance of the Letter of Award for each part of the project.
