Computer Age Management Services Limited (CAMS) has scheduled its upcoming Board of Directors meeting on Monday, May 5, 2025, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the Standalone and Consolidated financials for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025. This meeting will also address the Auditor's Report on the financials.
In addition to the financial review, the Board will deliberate on the recommendation for the Final Dividend for FY 2024-25. Once approved, the record date for determining the eligible shareholders for the dividend will be communicated separately.

The Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, G Manikandan, has confirmed the scheduling and provided this information to the stock exchanges in compliance with Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
