Dar Credit and Capital Limited (DCCL) has announced its Initial Public Offering (IPO), which will be open for subscription from May 21, 2025, to May 23, 2025. The IPO is a fresh issue comprising 42.76 lakh shares worth ₹25.66 crores.

The price band for the Dar Credit and Capital IPO is fixed between ₹57 and ₹60 per share. Retail investors need to apply for a minimum lot size of 2000 shares, amounting to a minimum investment of ₹1,14,000 at the lower price band. It is advised to bid at the cutoff price of ₹60 to avoid oversubscription, which would require an investment of around ₹1,20,000. High Net Worth Investors (HNI) must apply for a minimum of two lots (4,000 shares), totaling approximately ₹2,40,000.

The IPO allotment is expected to be finalized on Monday, May 26, 2025. The shares will be listed on the NSE SME platform tentatively on Wednesday, May 28, 2025.

GYR Capital Advisors Private Limited is the book-running lead manager for the IPO, and Kfin Technologies Limited is the registrar. The market maker for the issue is Smc Global Securities Ltd.


Company Overview

Incorporated in 1994, Dar Credit and Capital Limited is a Non-Banking Finance Company (NBFC) that primarily provides three types of loan products:

  • Personal Loans

  • Unsecured MSME Loans

  • Secured MSME Loans

The company mainly caters to low-income individuals, especially those working in class-four employment roles such as cleaners and peons in municipalities. DCCL also extends credit to small-scale shopkeepers and vendors, with a strong focus on empowering women entrepreneurs.

As of December 31, the company had 24,608 active customers serviced through 27 branches and camps across 64 districts in six Indian states.

Dar Credit and Capital’s loan portfolio is moderately diversified, comprising:

  • 44.46% personal loans to individuals

  • 40.12% micro loans

  • 2.65% unsecured SME loans

  • 12.76% secured MSME loans
