Navi Mumbai, February 4, 2025 – Dhruv Consultancy Services Limited (DCSL), a prominent player in the consulting sector, is pleased to announce that it has received the Letter of Acceptance (LoA) for the General Consultancy role in a significant project from West Central Railway Construction Organization.

This project, awarded in joint venture with Balaji Rail Road Systems Private Limited, marks a milestone for DCSL, as it is their first General Consultancy contract and the largest ever railway sector contract. The contract value is Rs. 11,05,23,876.59 (Eleven Crore Five Lakh Twenty-Three Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy-Six Rupees and Fifty-Nine Paise Only) excluding GST.

Contract Details and Duration

The contract duration is set for 24 months, during which Dhruv Consultancy will be responsible for offering consultancy services in relation to the construction and engineering needs of the West Central Railway.

The official Letter of Acceptance was received on February 4, 2025, following the tender submission by DCSL and its partner, Balaji Rail Road Systems. The awarded contract number is DYCE-C-I-KOTAENGINEERING /DY-CE-C-KOTA-08-2024/01142840122699, dated February 3, 2025.

Terms and Conditions

As per the contract, performance security equivalent to 5% of the contract value (Rs. 55,26,193.83) needs to be submitted within 15 days from the date of the Letter of Acceptance. Failure to do so may result in contract termination.
