Details of the Resignation
The resignation of Ms. Anju, who held the positions of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, was effective from the close of business on November 5, 2024. The resignation letter, which was previously omitted in the initial intimation, has now been included for BSE's records. In her resignation, Ms. Anju cited personal reasons and requested to be relieved of her duties effective November 5, 2024.
The company has expressed regret for the oversight of not including the resignation letter in the initial notification and has reassured BSE that the omission was unintentional. The letter is now provided as per the Listing Regulations under SEBI.
Interim Arrangements and Acknowledgments

The company has also expressed its appreciation for the valuable services rendered by Ms. Anju during her tenure and wished her well for her future endeavors.
Regulatory Compliance and Reporting
In compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, DuroPack provided detailed disclosures regarding the resignation, which were also shared with the BSE and NSE in the form of an Annexure. These disclosures included the reason for resignation, date of cessation, and a brief overview of the resignation process.
Conclusion
DuroPack Limited has taken prompt action to resolve the discrepancy regarding the Company Secretary’s resignation and has now fulfilled its reporting obligations under the Listing Regulations. Stakeholders will be keenly watching for updates on the appointment of a new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.
