Enviro Infra Engineers Limited has issued a significant update regarding its litigation case with Nagar Palika, Nokha. The company had previously initiated arbitration proceedings against Nagar Palika for the recovery of dues related to various projects, including work on Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) in Nokha, Rajasthan. The total claim included amounts for operational and maintenance work, security deposits, earnest money deposits, and damages, as detailed in the initial arbitration award.

Arbitration Award and Legal Proceedings
The Delhi International Arbitration Centre had ruled in favor of Enviro Infra Engineers on January 21, 2021, granting the company a significant monetary award, including compensation for the work performed, interest, and arbitration costs. However, Nagar Palika, Nokha challenged this award before the Hon’ble Patiala House Courts, filing an Application under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

On January 24, 2024, the Patiala House Courts dismissed Nagar Palika's application. However, the Nagar Palika continued its legal efforts by filing an appeal under Section 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act before the Hon’ble Delhi High Court, which was registered as FAO (COMM) No. 25/2025.

Dismissal of Appeal by Delhi High Court
As of January 23, 2025, the Delhi High Court has also dismissed this appeal, confirming the decision made by the Patiala House Courts and bringing the litigation to a significant resolution in favor of Enviro Infra Engineers. This marks a key milestone in the company’s legal efforts to recover its dues from Nagar Palika, Nokha.

No New Developments in Related Proceedings
The company has clarified that there are no new developments in relation to any litigation involving key management personnel, promoters, or any parties related to the company. Furthermore, there have been no settlements or financial adjustments in the current case.

The company remains committed to complying with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and will continue to provide timely updates on any further legal developments. The case’s resolution reinforces the company’s position in its legal disputes and provides clarity for stakeholders.
