Exicom Tele-Systems Limited is pleased to announce that it has successfully secured an Advance Purchase Order (APO) valued at approximately INR 1412.48 Crores, exclusive of applicable taxes, for the BharatNet Phase III project in Uttar Pradesh. This project is being undertaken in collaboration with Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL), a key player in the development of telecom infrastructure under the BharatNet initiative.
The order comprises the supply of telecom equipment including power systems and racks. Additionally, Exicom will be responsible for maintaining these telecom equipment for a period of 10 years. This contract marks a significant step in the telecom infrastructure development within the Uttar Pradesh (East) and Uttar Pradesh (West) telecom circles.

As per the terms of the contract, the project will be executed over a period of three years for the supply of telecom equipment, followed by ten years of maintenance services. The contract awarded to Exicom Tele-Systems by Rail Vikas Nigam Limited is entirely domestic and is not related to any related party transactions. The company has confirmed that none of the promoters, promoter group, or group companies have any interest in the entity awarding the contract.
