The meeting will take place at the company's registered office in Gurgaon, Haryana. The primary agenda of the meeting is the approval of a significant business acquisition.

In particular, the Board is set to approve the acquisition of M/s. Chrome Coaters Private Limited (CCPL). The acquisition will be conducted via a share swap arrangement, where fully paid-up equity shares of Faalcon Concepts Limited will be issued to the shareholders of CCPL. The pricing and terms of the acquisition will be determined based on a valuation report provided by a registered valuer, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018 (SEBI ICDR Regulations).

This move marks a major step for Faalcon Concepts Limited as it seeks to expand its business operations and strategic partnerships. The company aims to enhance its market presence and corporate portfolio through the acquisition of Chrome Coaters Pvt Ltd.

The Board may also transact any other business with the permission of the Chairperson during the meeting.
