GeM’s success lies in its ability to offer a wide range of skilled and unskilled roles, ensuring that government buyers can hire personnel based on minimum wages, fixed remuneration, and specific job criteria. The platform’s flexibility allows for seamless manpower outsourcing, significantly reducing the time and effort traditionally involved in recruitment.
