Haldyn Glass Limited has issued a revised intimation regarding the resignation of Shrinivas Guddad, who held the position of Senior Vice President - Marketing & Sales. The resignation was originally notified on August 1, 2024, under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, but the company had inadvertently failed to attach the formal resignation letter at that time.

Following an email from BSE dated December 18, 2024, the company has provided the revised details of Mr. Guddad’s resignation, which took effect on July 31, 2024. The company has attached the letter of resignation from Mr. Guddad, which outlines his decision to resign for personal reasons.

In his resignation letter, Mr. Guddad expressed his gratitude to the management and colleagues at Haldyn Glass Ltd. for their support during his tenure. He mentioned that leaving the company was a difficult decision, but it was time for him to move on. The resignation was formalized in April 2024, and the company has ensured compliance with SEBI regulations by submitting the updated resignation details.

This resignation does not involve any change in the board of directors, and there are no related party transactions or conflicts of interest involved in this decision. The company has complied with the SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July 2023, by disclosing the resignation in the correct format.

Haldyn Glass Ltd. has now fully updated its records and is in compliance with the necessary corporate governance requirements. This change in the senior management team does not affect the company’s strategic direction or operations.
