Mr. Tandon, after a fulfilling career at Heritage Foods spanning 8.4 years, has decided to pursue better career opportunities and focus on professional growth.

Reason for Resignation

Mr. Tandon’s resignation follows thoughtful consideration of his personal and professional goals. In his resignation letter, he expressed his gratitude for the opportunities to contribute to the growth of Heritage Foods and work under the leadership of Mr. Srideep Kesavan, the CEO. He acknowledged the organization’s support and noted the rewarding professional journey over the years.

Transition and Handover Process

Heritage Foods stated that Mr. Tandon would ensure a seamless transition by completing any pending tasks and facilitating the handover process. He has requested the company to consider March 19, 2025 as his last working day, and, given his long tenure, has also requested a waiver of the remaining notice period.
