The theme of this year’s celebration, "Touching Lives while Touching the Moon: India's Space Saga," captured the essence of India's six-decade-long journey in space, highlighting key missions like the Mars Orbiter Mission, AstroSat, Chandrayaan-2, and Chandrayaan-3. Another cornerstone of the Space Vision 2047 is the plan to land Indian astronauts on the Moon by 2040.
