This strategic move further strengthens the company’s position in the renewable energy services industry while significantly enhancing its solar O&M portfolio.

Details of the New Agreements

The company shared that the 189.1 MWp solar O&M capacity has been secured across two major deals:

  • 96.6 MWp of projects with a global private equity-backed independent power producer (IPP) for assets located in Maharashtra.

  • 92.5 MWp of projects with another IPP covering sites in Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh.

These agreements highlight the growing trust that independent power producers and renewable developers have in Inox Green’s technical expertise and long-term O&M reliability.

Speaking about this achievement, Mr. S.K. Mathu Sudhana, CEO of Inox Green, expressed confidence in the company’s ability to expand further:

“We are pleased to have secured another 189.1 MWp of solar O&M agreements, rapidly expanding in this segment. Inox Green has scaled up its solar O&M portfolio within a very short span of time and continues to pursue large-scale opportunities across solar, wind, and renewable infrastructure. Being one of the leading renewable O&M providers in India, we are confident of capturing a significant portion of upcoming opportunities in the sector.”

Strategic Importance of the Agreements

The addition of 189.1 MWp solar O&M projects is not just a portfolio expansion—it signifies Inox Green’s increasing dominance in a sector that is witnessing rapid growth as India transitions towards clean energy. With the government targeting significant solar capacity additions in the coming years, O&M service providers like Inox Green are expected to play a crucial role in ensuring long-term efficiency and uptime of renewable projects.

The company’s renewable O&M portfolio of ~5.3 GW positions it strongly to leverage the growing demand for professional O&M solutions, especially as projects become larger and more technologically complex.

Looking Ahead

Inox Green’s strategy to diversify and strengthen its solar O&M segment complements its already strong wind O&M portfolio. By signing agreements with both domestic and global renewable power producers, the company continues to showcase its ability to attract marquee clients.

As India accelerates its push for renewable capacity, Inox Green is poised to benefit from increasing demand for O&M services across solar, wind, and hybrid projects.
