On April 1, 2025, Kansai Nerolac Paints Limited made an official disclosure regarding a significant change in its senior leadership. This follows the announcement made earlier on February 5, 2025, about a change in the Board of Directors of the company. As per the update, Mr. Anuj Jain, the outgoing Managing Director of the company, has taken early retirement and ceased to be a member of the Board of Directors with effect from March 31, 2025.

In line with the changes, Mr. Pravin D. Chaudhari has been appointed as the Managing Director of the company, effective April 1, 2025, for a term of three years, subject to shareholder approval. This marks a significant leadership transition, with Mr. Chaudhari stepping into the role of Managing Director and bringing his vast experience to further strengthen the company’s operations.

Revised Board of Directors:

Along with the change in leadership, the revised list of Board of Directors of Kansai Nerolac Paints Limited is as follows, effective from April 1, 2025:

1. Mr. Bhaskar Bhat - Chairman (Independent Director)

2. Mr. H. Nishibayashi - Non-Executive Director

3. Ms. Sonia Singh - Non-Executive Director (Independent Director)

4. Mr. Takashi Tomioka - Non-Executive Director

5. Mr. Pravin D. Chaudhari - Managing Director

6. Mr. Hirokazu Kotera - Executive Director

7. Mr. Uday S. Bhansali - Non-Executive Director (Independent Director)

Key Managerial Personnel (KMP):

In line with the changes to the Board of Directors, the Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the company have been updated. The new KMP effective from April 1, 2025, are:

• Mr. Pravin D. Chaudhari, Managing Director

• Mr. P. D. Pai, Chief Financial Officer

• Mr. G. T. Govindarajan, Company Secretary
