KNR Constructions Limited has informed stock exchanges that it has received a consequential order from the Office of the Deputy Commissioner of Income Tax, Central Circle-2(2), Hyderabad, pertaining to the Assessment Year 2019–20.
The disclosure was made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
Demand Reduced After CIT(A) Relief

The original assessment order included additions related to Section 80-IA deduction and an exceptional item.

Based on these additions, the Assessing Officer had raised a demand of ₹100,43,93,437 for Assessment Year 2019–20.

The company filed an appeal before CIT(A)-12, Hyderabad.

The appeal was allowed in favour of the company.
Following this, the Assessing Officer has now issued a consequential order giving effect to the appellate decision. The revised demand stands at ₹8,89,16,625.
The order is dated February 10, 2026, and was received by the company on February 18, 2026, at 5:22 PM.
