The disclosure was made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Demand Reduced After CIT(A) Relief

According to the company’s filing:

• The original assessment order included additions related to Section 80-IA deduction and an exceptional item.

• Based on these additions, the Assessing Officer had raised a demand of ₹100,43,93,437 for Assessment Year 2019–20.

• The company filed an appeal before CIT(A)-12, Hyderabad.

• The appeal was allowed in favour of the company.

Following this, the Assessing Officer has now issued a consequential order giving effect to the appellate decision. The revised demand stands at ₹8,89,16,625.

The order is dated February 10, 2026, and was received by the company on February 18, 2026, at 5:22 PM.
