Lucent Industries Limited (formerly known as Sylph Education Solutions Limited) has announced the successful completion of its acquisition of Mobavenue Media Private Limited, a deal that was first disclosed in July and September 2025.

The company informed the exchanges that on 19th September 2025, it completed the purchase of 10,309 fully paid-up equity shares of ₹10 each, representing 100% of the paid-up share capital of Mobavenue Media, from the existing shareholders including Mr. Kunal Kothari, Ms. Prachi, and Mr. Tejas Rathod.

The acquisition, valued at ₹59.68 crore, was executed in accordance with the terms laid out in the Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) signed earlier. Following the completion of this transaction, Mobavenue Media has become a wholly owned subsidiary of Lucent Industries Limited.

The company highlighted that the move is part of its strategic investment plan to strengthen its presence in the digital media and technology-driven solutions space. With Mobavenue under its umbrella, Lucent Industries is expected to expand its operational scope, leverage new revenue streams, and enhance its digital business capabilities.

Lucent Industries had previously disclosed the material details of the transaction, including deal value and structure, to the stock exchanges as required under the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and in line with the SEBI Master Circular dated 11th November 2024.

This acquisition demonstrates Lucent’s commitment to pursuing growth-driven inorganic opportunities in sectors aligned with its long-term vision. Market watchers believe that the acquisition of Mobavenue will not only give Lucent a stronger foothold in the digital and media services industry but also open avenues for synergistic business expansion.

The company confirmed that all disclosures regarding this acquisition have also been made available on its official website, ensuring transparency and compliance with regulatory requirements.
