Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Limited (MMFSL) has officially announced the appointment of Pradeep Kumar Agrawal as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective March 5, 2025. Alongside, Animesh Chatterjee has been appointed as the Interim CFO to hold the position from January 29, 2025, to March 4, 2025.

Profile: With over 28 years of experience, Pradeep Kumar Agrawal brings deep expertise in Treasury, Financial Planning & Reporting, Budgeting, and Statutory Compliance. His qualifications include Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Chartered Accountant (CA), and Cost & Works Accountant. He has worked with prominent organizations such as Aditya Birla Group and Bharat Petroleum.

Animesh Chatterjee’s Interim Role

Position: Interim CFO & Key Managerial Personnel
Term: January 29, 2025, to March 4, 2025
Profile: Animesh Chatterjee is a Chartered Accountant with a Commerce Graduate background. He is an alumnus of the University of Cambridge, having completed management courses at Cambridge Judge Business School and MIT Sloan School of Management. With over 24 years of experience, his expertise spans Finance, Treasury, Fundraising, Investments, and Liquidity Risk Management. Prior to joining MMFSL, he held significant roles at SMFG, India Infoline, Blue Star, and SREI.
