The Tejas-borne ‘Bappa’ is complemented by a background screen showcasing visuals of the real Tejas jet soaring through the skies. The entire setup features a sky-themed backdrop with small jet models and lighting, creating a spectacular visual feast for onlookers. This display not only highlights the creativity of the family but also pays tribute to India’s achievements in aviation technology with the Tejas being an indigenous multi-role lightweight fighter aircraft developed by Hindustan Aeronautical Limited (HAL).

Mumbai is renowned for its extravagant Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations, with the city’s pandals known for their grand and elaborate setups. Among the most famous is Lalbaugcha Raja, organised by the Lalbaugcha Raja Sarvajanik Ganeshotsav Mandal. Since its inception in 1934, this pandal has been a prominent feature of the festival, drawing thousands of devotees and visitors each year.

The Ganesh Utsav, which honours the birth of Lord Ganesha, spans ten days filled with celebrations that bring together communities in joyous reverence. Throughout Mumbai and other parts of Maharashtra, the festival sees intricate decorations in temples and mandals, with households eagerly preparing to welcome Lord Ganesha into their homes.
