The first of these projects involves the construction of 72 dwelling units, which includes Type III, IV, and V quarters. Additionally, the project will see the creation of key facilities such as four lecture halls for the Nursing College and Paramedical Sciences and two hostels at AIIMS Bilaspur. The project also includes the installation, testing, and commissioning of an interactive rooftop solar photovoltaic power generation system. The total value for this part of the project stands at Rs. 148.40 Crore, and it is funded by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India.

The second project involves Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services for the construction of a new hostel, dining building, and allied infrastructure at the permanent campus of the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Visakhapatnam. This consultancy project is valued at Rs. 81.35 Crore and will help IIM Visakhapatnam expand its campus facilities to accommodate the growing demand for student accommodation and dining services.
