His leadership helped MakeMyTrip secure a successful NASDAQ listing in 2010, marking it as one of the top players in the online travel sector. Mr. Gupta holds a PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Birla Vishwakarma Mahavidyalaya. In compliance with the SEBI regulations, it has been confirmed that Mr. Gupta is not debarred from being appointed as an Independent Director by any authorities, including SEBI.
