Ashok Kumar Bhura brings over 25 years of experience in finance operations, strategic transformation, and business performance management. His expertise spans financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and process automation. Ashok has a proven track record of translating financial strategy into operational success, having collaborated with all Big 4 audit firms on complex audits, due diligence for mergers, demergers, and IPO listings, including for African operations.

Before joining Nucleus Software, Ashok served at Bharti Airtel Limited in senior leadership roles, including Vice President – Head Financial Reporting and Chief Risk Officer. Over an 18-year tenure, he led enterprise-wide financial reporting, risk management, and revenue assurance initiatives, implementing controls to safeguard organizational assets and improve compliance nationwide. Earlier, he held leadership roles at Binaykia Group and The Oodlabari Co Ltd. Ashok is a Chartered Accountant (ICAI), holds a Bachelor of Commerce from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata, and completed an Executive Program at IIM Ahmedabad.
