On September 5, 2024, Omansh Enterprises Limited convened its Board meeting to address significant changes within the company's leadership. The meeting, which started at 12:00 P.M. and concluded at 01:00 P.M., was held via Video Conferencing. During the meeting, the Board addressed several key points:

Resignation of Mr. Govindan Krishnan: The Board took note of the resignation of Mr. Govindan Krishnan (DIN: 08544832) from his position as Whole-time Director and Director of the Company, effective September 5, 2024. Mr. Krishnan resigned due to personal reasons. His resignation details are provided in Annexure-I, and his resignation letter is attached as Annexure-II.

Appointment of Mr. Babulal Bhawarlal Kharwad: The Board approved the appointment of Mr. Babulal Bhawarlal Kharwad (DIN: 08005282) as an Additional Director (Executive), effective September 5, 2024, following recommendations from the Nominations and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Kharwad, an undergraduate with 15 years of experience in business and administration, will also be appointed as Whole-Time Director, subject to shareholder approval. Details of his appointment are outlined in Annexures III and IV.

Revised AGM Notice and Board Report: The Board approved a revised notice for the 49th Annual General Meeting (AGM) and the revised Board’s Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2024, due to the recent changes in the Board. The revised calendar of events for the AGM is detailed in Annexure-V.
