Oriana Power Limited, a listed renewable energy solutions company, has announced the receipt of a Letter of Award for a 50 MW (AC) Grid Interactive Solar PV Power Project under its Engineering, Procurement and Commissioning (EPC) segment. The company disclosed the development to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015, on December 22, 2025.
The project has been awarded by a domestic renewable energy developer and will be developed in the state of Kerala, marking a significant addition to Oriana Power’s growing portfolio of utility-scale solar projects in India.
