  1. Appointment of Secretarial Auditor: The Board approved the appointment of M/s Sulabh Jain & Associates, a peer-reviewed practicing company secretary, as the Secretarial Auditor for the company. The appointment is in compliance with Section 204 of the Companies Act, 2013, and the related SEBI regulations. M/s Sulabh Jain & Associates will undertake the Secretarial Audit for the Financial Year 2024-25. The company has highlighted the experience of CS Sulabh Jain, the proprietor of the firm, who has around 12 years of expertise in corporate laws, foreign exchange regulations (FEMA), SEBI compliance, stock exchange regulations, due diligence, and secretarial audits.

  2. Appointment of Internal Auditor: The Board also approved the appointment of M/s AM Sharma & Associates, Chartered Accountants (FRN: 030525N) as the Internal Auditor of the company. This appointment, effective for the Financial Year 2024-25, is made in accordance with Section 138 of the Companies Act, 2013. The internal audit will focus on assessing the company's internal controls, ensuring compliance with various financial and operational requirements, and identifying potential operational risks. Mr. Ankit Sharma, a highly experienced professional, leads M/s AM Sharma & Associates.
