Patel Integrated Logistics Limited (BSE Scrip Code: 526381, NSE Symbol: PATINTLOG) has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on Tuesday, August 5, 2025, at 11:30 AM to consider key matters for the quarter ended June 30, 2025.

The company has made this disclosure as per Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The agenda for the Board Meeting includes:

Adoption of Unaudited Financial Results:
The Board will review and approve the unaudited financial results for Q1 FY26, i.e., for the quarter ended 30th June 2025, along with the Limited Review Report from the statutory auditors.
Approval of AGM Notice and Draft Annual Report:
The Board will consider and approve the notice and draft of the 63rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) along with the annual report of the company.
Other Matters:
The Board may also discuss any other business brought up with the permission of the Chair.

Additionally, the company has notified that the trading window for insiders will remain closed as per its Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading. In compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window was closed from 1st July 2025 and will remain shut till 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results.
