In the affidavit, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra also disclosed the financial details of her husband, Robert Vadra. His movable assets are worth Rs 37.9 crore, while his immovable assets total Rs 27.64 crore. Together, the couple’s combined wealth crosses Rs 78 crore, solidifying their significant standing within the business and political sphere.

Educational Background and Liabilities

Priyanka holds a BA (Hons) degree in Psychology from Delhi University, and she has pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Buddhist Studies through distance learning from the University of Sunderland, UK. Despite her wealth, she has some liabilities, including a loan of Rs 15.75 lakh.

Legal Cases Against Priyanka Gandhi

The affidavit also highlights two First Information Reports (FIRs) registered against Priyanka Gandhi. The first, filed in Madhya Pradesh in 2023, is under sections 420 (cheating) and 469 (forgery) of the IPC. It is based on allegations related to misleading tweets posted by her. The second FIR was filed in Uttar Pradesh in 2020, related to her protest during the Hathras incident. This case was registered under sections 188 (disobedience to order), 269 (negligent act to spread disease), and 270 (malignant act to spread infection) of the IPC.

Despite these legal challenges, Priyanka remains one of the key figures in the Congress Party and continues to play an influential role in Indian politics.
