Texas: On September 8 and 9, Gandhi will engage with the Indian diaspora at the Toyota Music Factory in Dallas. This event is organized by the Indian Overseas Congress, with invitations extended via a post on X (formerly Twitter).

Washington DC: The event will take place on September 9 from 5-8 pm at the Hilton Washington Dulles, near Dulles Airport. The Congress leader is expected to discuss his vision for India's future and the Congress party’s role in shaping it.

Objectives of the Visit: According to Surendra Rajput, a national media panellist of Congress, Gandhi will discuss “the India of his dreams” and address global interest in his views on democracy and the Indian constitution. His visit aims to shed light on the Congress party's plans and strategies for India’s future.

Gandhi's visit comes as his role as Leader of the Opposition (LoP) gains prominence, and there is a growing global interest in his perspective on India's democratic and constitutional framework.
