Rajesh Power Services Limited (RPSL), a renowned name in the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) sector, has announced a significant business milestone with the acquisition of new projects worth ₹1,116 crores. These orders have been received in the normal course of business from a combination of government and institutional clients, reflecting the trust and reliability the company commands in the power transmission and distribution sector.
As per the official press release dated 23rd April 2025, submitted under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, RPSL revealed the scope and details of the orders, emphasizing their importance in strengthening the company’s project pipeline.
The details of the newly secured orders are as follows:
-
Turnkey contract for the Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of 11/22KV HT Underground (Cable) / Overhead (MVCC) Network in Gujarat.
-
Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply, Erection, Testing, and Commissioning of 220/66kV GIS (Gas Insulated Substations) / AIS (Air Insulated Substations) in Gujarat.

These projects are set to be executed within a timeline of 12 to 18 months, marking a steady and substantial addition to the company’s already robust order book. Such scale and diversity of orders not only highlight RPSL’s technical competence and execution capabilities, but also underline its consistent focus on timely delivery and operational excellence.
RPSL has maintained a strong foothold in the EPC space, particularly in power infrastructure. It is actively involved in turnkey execution of GIS and AIS substations, Extra High Voltage (EHV) power cables and transmission lines, and distribution systems. Its presence spans across government utilities and institutional customers throughout India, with Gujarat emerging as a major operational hub in this current announcement.
The company is also leveraging its successful public listing journey. RPSL raised ₹160.5 crore via its IPO, and listed on the BSE SME platform on 2nd December 2024. Since then, the company has been steadily scaling its business by expanding its operational capabilities and increasing its participation in large-scale infrastructure projects.
With over five decades of industry experience, RPSL's strategy remains centered on customer focus, superior execution, and technological integration. The management views these new orders as validation of their vision and a strong endorsement from clients that rely on their service quality.
This new inflow of projects is expected to:
-
Improve revenue visibility for the next financial year.
-
Bolster execution strength across core verticals.
-
Strengthen stakeholder confidence in the company's post-IPO growth narrative.
The company has not disclosed individual financial details of each order, but has clarified that all orders fall within the scope of routine business operations and do not represent any related party transactions. The orders will be reported as per the applicable accounting standards and disclosures in subsequent financial results.
Jyoti Dakshesh Mochi, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, confirmed the news through an official communication to BSE Limited, affirming the transparency and compliance-oriented approach the company upholds.
As per industry analysts, these orders position RPSL for significant business momentum in the power infrastructure domain, especially as India continues to focus on upgrading its transmission network and improving energy efficiency through robust EPC engagements.
The company has assured stakeholders that further developments regarding the execution progress of these projects will be timely disclosed through stock exchange filings, in adherence to regulatory norms.
In conclusion, this latest order win solidifies Rajesh Power Services Limited’s standing as a reliable and dynamic player in India’s growing power transmission and EPC sector. The ₹1,116 crore order book addition not only elevates its project credentials but also strengthens its positioning for future opportunities in infrastructure development.
