Among the key changes, Shri Vikram Jawale has been promoted to the position of Executive Director (Trombay). Shri Jawale, an engineering graduate with a specialization in Instrument and Control, has dedicated 34 years to RCF. He has been recognized for his contributions with the prestigious Pearl award, highlighting his excellence in the field. His promotion underscores RCF's commitment to leveraging experienced leaders to drive innovation and operational excellence in its Trombay unit.
Shri Madhukar Pacharne, who holds a B.Com degree in Accountancy & Auditing from Pune University and an MBA in Marketing from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune, has also been promoted. Shri Pacharne joined RCF as a Management Trainee in the Marketing Department in November 1989 and has accumulated over 34 years of experience in marketing and management within the fertilizer industry. Since April 2023, he has been heading the Corporate Communication and CSR Department. His elevation to General Manager (CC and CSR) reflects his deep expertise and long-standing commitment to RCF’s mission.
Shri Chandramani Mahanto has been promoted to General Manager (Marketing Finance). With over 29 years of experience in the fertilizer industry, Shri Mahanto has played a crucial role in various areas such as pricing, logistics, finalization of accounts, cost and management accounts, financial strategy, fertilizer policy, subsidy management, and coordination with the Ministry. His vast experience and strategic insights will be instrumental in enhancing RCF’s financial operations.
Shri Lalit Kumar Kiran, who has been with RCF since December 1996, has been promoted to General Manager (Finance). An ICWA of India, Shri Kiran has over 33 years of experience, primarily in the fertilizer industry, where he has handled diverse areas including pricing, finalization of accounts, cost and management accounts, financial strategy, fertilizer policy, subsidy, and liaison with various ministries. His promotion is a testament to his expertise in financial management and strategic planning.
Retirements:
The company also announced the retirement of Shri Aniruddha M Khadilkar, who served as the Executive Director (ThaI). Shri Khadilkar’s superannuation marks the end of a distinguished career at RCF, where he contributed significantly to the company’s growth and success. His leadership in the ThaI unit has been pivotal in maintaining high operational standards and driving key projects.
Similarly, Shri Rajesh C Deshmukh, General Manager (Projects), and Shri Sudarshan T Khandekar, General Manager (TS I Cc Lab), will be retiring effective September 1, 2024. Both executives have made invaluable contributions to RCF, particularly in project management and technical services, ensuring the company’s projects meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
