1. ITC INFOTECH

- ITC Infotech, a subsidiary of ITC, is set to acquire Blazeclan Technologies, a prominent player in cloud services, for up to INR 485 crores. Blazeclan, founded in 2010, specializes in cloud migration, digital services, and data analytics, boasting a turnover of INR 249.50 crores in 2022-23. With operations spanning across several countries including India, Singapore, and the USA, Blazeclan brings expertise in AWS, Azure, and GCP to the table. This acquisition aims to bolster ITC Infotech's capabilities in multi-cloud and hybrid environments, enhancing its ability to drive clients' digital transformation journeys and deliver robust business outcomes. The transaction is expected to be completed within 6 to 8 weeks, pending customary closing conditions.

2. CAPACIT'E INFRAPROJECTS LTD.

- Capacit'e Infraprojects Limited has clinched orders worth ₹549 crore. Notably, they've landed a significant project from Macrotech Developers Ltd. for a luxury residential venture in Mumbai, valued at ₹256 crore. Additionally, they've secured a project from Raymond Limited for an additional building in Thane, totaling ₹293 crore. Rahul Katyal, Managing Director, expressed gratitude for the trust placed in Capacit'e, affirming their commitment to timely project delivery and client satisfaction. The company aims to continue expanding its portfolio by securing quality orders from both existing and new clients across sectors.

3. BHARTI AIRTEL

- Dialog Axiata PLC, Axiata Group Berhad, and BharƟ Airtel Limited have signed a definitive agreement to merge their operations in Sri Lanka. Dialog will acquire 100% of Airtel Lanka's shares, with BharƟ Airtel receiving ordinary voting shares amounting to 10.355% of Dialog's total issued shares through a share swap. The merger is subject to approval from Dialog's shareholders and regulatory clearance. The consolidation aims to achieve economies of scale, enhance broadband connectivity, and deliver cost savings and operational efficiencies. Axiata Group Berhad and BharƟ Airtel express confidence in the merger's value creation and potential for innovation, while Dialog anticipates improved telecommunications services for Sri Lankan consumers.

4. LTIMINDTREE

- LTIMindtree, a global technology consulting firm, has partnered with Vodafone, a leading IoT provider with over 175 million connections worldwide, to offer smart IoT solutions for Industry X.0 and digital transformation. Leveraging LTIMindtree's Insight NXT platform (iNXT) and Vodafone's IoT Managed Connectivity, the collaboration aims to address complex business challenges across various sectors. By integrating AI, machine learning, and IoT capabilities, the partnership will deliver advanced solutions for predictive maintenance, supply chain visibility, worker safety, and more. Gemma Barsby from Vodafone emphasizes the real-time delivery of IoT managed services to drive cost efficiencies and productivity. Monish Mishra of LTIMindtree highlights the importance of innovation and connected ecosystems for growth and differentiation in today's economy.
