Religare Enterprises Limited has disclosed significant changes in its management team under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. On September 7, 2024, the Board of Directors approved the resignation of Mr. Devesh Chandra Srivastava as Senior Vice President – PR & Marketing. His resignation will take effect from the close of business hours on September 17, 2024.

In a corresponding move, Mr. Rajiv Ranjay Sarkar has been appointed as the new Senior Vice President – PR & Marketing. Mr. Sarkar’s appointment is scheduled to be finalized on or before September 16, 2024.

Mr. Sarkar brings over 19 years of extensive experience in Marketing Communications and Corporate Affairs. He has a notable track record in managing brand reputation, media relations, and stakeholder engagement across various sectors including IT, consumer electronics, automotive, and e-commerce. His previous roles include senior positions in leading PR consultancy firms and heading communications in a manufacturing company. Mr. Sarkar holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Communication Management from Symbiosis Institute of Media & Communication and is pursuing an MDP in Strategic Management for Business Excellence from IIM Lucknow.
