Roto Energy Systems Ltd., a subsidiary of Roto Pumps Ltd., has made a significant stride in global sustainable water management with over 400 orders for its newly launched Solar Submersible Pumping Systems under the Roto Rudra brand. In South Africa, Roto Energy Systems will deliver 100 advanced pumping units featuring Helical Rotor and Centrifugal Pumps. These systems, equipped with 10-pole motor pump sets and remote monitoring capabilities, will significantly contribute to the region’s water management needs. The pumps are designed for efficiency, with one model capable of pumping water from a 200-meter borewell using just 1500 Wp of solar power, demonstrating the company’s commitment to leveraging solar energy for sustainable development.

Australia will receive 100 solar-powered pumps, including the RSSH 1.2-C and RSSH 1.4-D models. These pumps, operating at 1,000 Wp and 1,500 Wp respectively, are designed to meet the diverse needs of agriculture, irrigation, livestock management, and gardening. The dynamic head of up to 200 meters ensures optimal performance, helping farmers and landowners maximize water usage while minimizing energy consumption.

The Roto Rudra brand has also made a significant impact in India, with orders from the Chhattisgarh and Maharashtra states under the CREDA Schemes. Chhattisgarh has placed an order for 100 units of the RSSH 2.0-C model, which delivers over 15,000 liters per day at a head of 90 meters. In Maharashtra, 100 units of the RSSH 1.2-C model will be supplied, capable of pumping 7,800 liters/day at a head of 120 meters, using 1,000 Wp Monoperc Solar Modules. These systems will contribute to the state’s renewable energy and water management goals, improving the quality of irrigation systems and ensuring that communities have access to clean, reliable water sources.
