The combined value of these new projects is approximately Rs 1.43 crore, and all three contracts span a duration of 12 months.
The company made this disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR) Regulations, 2015, in conjunction with SEBI circular dated 13 July 2023, which mandates the disclosure of material events and developments.
Project Details:
-
Bengaluru (Rs 60 lakhs)
The company has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) for workspace management services from a well-established biotechnology company in Bengaluru. The engagement will run for a period of 12 months and includes end-to-end workspace operations and facility management. -
Gujarat (Rs 72 lakhs)
Service Care Limited also secured an LOI for manpower solutions from a reputed infrastructure and construction firm located in Gujarat. The project involves providing skilled and semi-skilled personnel for various infrastructure-related operations. The tenure for this project is also 12 months. -
Mumbai (Rs 11 lakhs)
The third LOI is for workspace management services with another infrastructure company based in Mumbai. The scope includes day-to-day operational management of office premises and basic facility upkeep. This too is a 12 month engagement.
With these three additions, Service Care Limited continues to strengthen its presence in the pan-India workforce and facility management services sector. The projects are expected to generate consistent monthly revenue flow and demonstrate the company’s growing credibility and demand across industrial verticals.
Strategic Importance of the Projects
Each of these projects not only enhances the company’s top-line visibility but also reinforces its long-standing client relationships and geographic reach. The verticals involved — namely Workforce Administration and Workspace Management — are strategic pillars for the company and contribute significantly to its service portfolio.
The consistent flow of new project awards signals a healthy demand pipeline and showcases the company’s ability to cater to dynamic client requirements in high-demand markets such as Bengaluru, Gujarat and Mumbai. The client base spanning biotech, infra and construction sectors also diversifies the company’s risk and enhances sectoral reach.
Compliance and Corporate Governance
In line with its commitment to transparency and governance, Service Care Limited has duly filed the information with the National Stock Exchange (NSE), where it is listed under the scrip code SERVICE. The company has maintained its reputation for timely and complete disclosures, aligned with investor interest and SEBI regulations.
