Servotech Renewable Power System Limited (formerly known as Servotech Power Systems Ltd.) has reported outstanding financial performance for the third quarter of FY25, marking a growth of 315.3% in total revenue, which reached Rs. 21,683.2 lacs compared to Rs. 5,220.6 lacs in Q3 FY24. This surge in revenue is driven by the company's strong positioning in the electric vehicle (EV) charging and solar energy solutions sectors.
The EBITDA for Q3 FY25 rose by 420.1% from Rs. 321.6 lacs in Q3 FY24 to Rs. 1,672.8 lacs, while Profit Before Tax (PBT) witnessed a remarkable increase of 590.2%, from Rs. 185.8 lacs in Q3 FY24 to Rs. 1,282.5 lacs in Q3 FY25. The Profit After Tax (PAT) stood at Rs. 918.94 lacs, up by 616.8% compared to Rs. 111.4 lacs in the previous year’s quarter.
For the nine months ended December 31, 2024, the company achieved a 142.1% growth in revenue, amounting to Rs. 52,934.0 lacs, compared to Rs. 21,861.0 lacs in the same period last year. This strong growth trajectory was reflected in the EBITDA, which rose by 173.1% to Rs. 4,455.9 lacs. The PAT also increased by 198%, reaching Rs. 2,492 lacs, compared to Rs. 834.8 lacs in 9M FY24.
The standalone results also exhibited exceptional performance, with a 264.8% revenue growth for Q3 FY25, totaling Rs. 18,185.7 lacs, compared to Rs. 4,984.5 lacs in Q3 FY24. Standalone PAT increased by a staggering 772%, reaching Rs. 950 lacs in Q3 FY25.
Raman Bhatia, the Managing Director of Servotech Renewable Power System Ltd., emphasized the company’s leadership in India’s EV charging sector, holding a 35-40% market share. With the growing demand for EV infrastructure, Servotech aims to capture 50-55% of the market by manufacturing 12,000 DC fast chargers in FY25. EV chargers are projected to account for 70-75% of the company’s total revenue, with the remaining portion contributed by solar products.
