Sprayking Limited (formerly Sprayking Agro Equipment Limited), a reputed manufacturer and exporter of brass forged and turned components based in Jamnagar, Gujarat, has informed BSE about a significant purchase order received by its subsidiary, Narmadesh Brass Industries Limited.

The contract involves the procurement and supply of brass billets valued at approximately INR 52 million (₹5.2 crore) awarded by Green Metals FZCO, an international entity. This order marks an important milestone for Sprayking’s subsidiary in expanding its global footprint in the brass components market.

According to the details submitted under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the supply contract is international in nature and will be executed within 45 days from the purchase order date. The order involves the supply of high-quality brass billets, which are essential raw materials used in manufacturing brass forged and turned components, a core business segment of Sprayking.

Sprayking Limited has clarified that neither promoters, promoter groups, nor group companies hold any interest in Green Metals FZCO, ensuring the transaction is not a related party deal and is conducted on an arm’s length basis.

Hitesh Duduhagara, Managing Director of Sprayking Limited, has acknowledged the receipt of the contract and the company’s commitment to delivering quality products within the stipulated timeline. This contract strengthens Sprayking’s position in the international brass supply chain and demonstrates the growing demand for its products in global markets.
