Mumbai, July 18, 2025 – Tata Chemicals Limited has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on Friday, July 25, 2025, to consider and approve the unaudited consolidated and audited standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 (Q1 FY26).

The company has filed this intimation with the BSE (Scrip Code: 500770) and the National Stock Exchange (Symbol: TATACHEM) in compliance with Regulations 29(1)(a) and 50(1)(c) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Trading Window Closed as per SEBI Norms

In accordance with the Tata Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, and pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Tata Chemicals has informed its Designated Persons of the trading window closure.
