In a Board meeting held on 31st January 2025, Trident TechLabs Limited (scrip code TECHLABS) appointed Mr. Pranav Madhavan Nair as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. This appointment, effective from January 31, 2025, was made in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) guidelines under Regulation 30 of the Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
Mr. Nair brings a wealth of knowledge to the role, having been a qualified Company Secretary since 2018. He is an Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), holding Membership No. A54034. With seven years of experience in corporate laws, listing regulations, and compliance management, Mr. Nair is well-equipped to steer Trident TechLabs in its regulatory and compliance requirements.
The appointment of Mr. Nair as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer strengthens the company’s commitment to corporate governance and regulatory adherence. There is no familial relationship between Mr. Nair and any of the directors of the company.
