TVS Supply Chain Solutions,a leading global provider of supply chain solutions,has achieved a remarkable milestone by delivering 500,000 CKD (Complete Knock-Down) kits for TVS Motor Company. The milestone was accomplished at TVS SCS' dedicated warehouse facility in Hosur, which spans an impressive 150,000 square feet. This state-of-the-art facility is equipped with advanced technology to ensure defect-free dispatches and prevent parts mismatch, thereby guaranteeing the highest level of quality and efficiency.

At the Hosur facility, TVS SCS offers a comprehensive range of value-added services, including production planning, quality management, inbound material activities, kitting, reverse logistics, and export services. The facility's fully automated processes have enabled it to achieve remarkable milestones, with the first 100,000 CKD kits achieved in July 2022. Subsequently, the facility has consistently added one lakh kits to the milestone every five months, demonstrating its scalability and efficiency.

Currently, the Hosur facility employs around 220 personnel across various production departments, including 30 women employees involved in primary packing, secondary packing, quality assurance, and binning processes of the CKD kits.
