Vardhman Acrylics Ltd. has disclosed its un-audited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024 in compliance with the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. These results were approved by the company’s Board of Directors in their meeting held on January 18, 2025.
The quarterly results show a positive performance, with the company's revenue from operations standing at ₹81.78 crores for the quarter ended December 31, 2024, a growth from ₹70.62 crores in the previous quarter. The total income for the quarter, including other income, amounted to ₹86.50 crores.
The company recorded a net profit after tax (PAT) of ₹3.97 crores for the quarter, reflecting a growth compared to ₹1.55 crores in the previous quarter, with earnings per share (EPS) at ₹0.49. For the nine-month period ending December 31, 2024, the company achieved a net profit of ₹9.86 crores, along with an EPS of ₹1.23.
The expenses for the quarter were ₹81.71 crores, with major costs coming from cost of materials consumed, employee benefits, and other expenses. Despite these costs, the company managed a healthy profit before tax (PBT) of ₹4.79 crores.
