The Rashtriya Sahkari Vishwavidyalaya Bill aims to establish a national cooperative university, which will focus on promoting cooperative education. The Punjab Courts (Amendment) Bill is also listed, which seeks to increase the pecuniary appellate jurisdiction of Delhi District Courts from ₹3 lakh to ₹20 lakh, providing for a more efficient legal system.

Another significant aspect of the Winter Session will be the presentation of the Supplementary Demands for Grants (SDG) by Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman. This is expected to outline additional funds required by various departments and ministries for the 2024-25 fiscal year.
