- The insurance sector saw a 15% rise, reflecting the industry's growth following the government’s policy changes.
- Pharmaceutical hiring grew by 11%, supported by strong domestic and export demand.
- The hospitality sector recorded an 8% rise, benefiting from increased travel and tourism.
While the IT sector exhibited flat growth, its hiring outlook remained stable as companies continued optimizing operations after a turbulent 2023.

Regional job markets experienced notable expansion, particularly in Rajasthan, where cities like Jodhpur (35%) and Udaipur (32%) recorded the highest growth rates. Jaipur also saw a 21% increase, indicating a shift in hiring trends toward non-traditional hubs.
