In a strategic move, Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited has entered into an agreement with Mahindra First Choice Wheels Limited for the provision of its Zaggle Propel reward platform. The agreement, which is a Propel Service Agreement, is set to last for a period of one year, with Zaggle providing the platform to Mahindra First Choice Wheels for their operations.

This development is in line with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and has been duly disclosed to the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) and BSE Limited. The partnership will provide Mahindra First Choice Wheels with access to Zaggle's innovative reward platform, enhancing their customer engagement and offering additional value through this reward system.

Domestic agreement between the two parties.
Duration: The agreement will be executed within a one-year period.
No related-party transactions: The agreement does not involve any interest from the promoter or promoter group, ensuring compliance with SEBI regulations.
