Eco Recycling Limited (Ecoreco) has informed the BSE regarding the closure of its trading window in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal Code of Conduct. The closure will take effect from Tuesday, April 1, 2025, and will remain in place until 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025.

This move is part of the company’s commitment to following SEBI’s regulations that prevent insider trading by restricting trading activity during sensitive periods, particularly ahead of financial result announcements. The closure ensures that designated persons of the company, including their immediate relatives, refrain from trading in the company’s securities during this time.

The company further emphasized that the date for the Board meeting to approve the financial results will be shared in due course. Additionally, a SEBI circular dated July 19, 2023, requires the freezing of PAN numbers for designated persons related to the company’s ISIN (INE316A01038) from the end of the quarter until the second trading day after the financial results are announced. This action is in line with SEBI’s directive to curb insider trading practices.
