  • Hexaware opens new office in downtown Chicago to enhance delivery, collaboration, and proximity to Midwest clients across industries.

  • The company plans to hire 250 professionals over five years to support demand in AI, cloud, and digital transformation services.

  • The expansion strengthens partnerships in healthcare and finance, with leaders citing operational and innovation benefits.

Hexaware Technologies, a global leader in IT services and business process solutions, has officially launched its newest office at 145 S Wells St, 15th Floor, Chicago, IL 60606, marking a significant step in its continued U.S. expansion strategy. The inauguration event, held on May 22, 2025, welcomed leaders from key client organizations and company executives to celebrate the milestone.

The new Chicago office was inaugurated by Jenna Howard, Executive Director of Call Center Technologies at Duly Health and Care, and Allison Radecki, Global CIO at Morgan Street Holdings. Joining them were Hexaware’s CEO R Srikrishna and Siddharth Dhar, President and Global Head of Digital IT Operations.

This strategic move is expected to accelerate delivery capabilities, enhance client proximity, and provide faster, more personalized IT services to a growing list of clients across industries including healthcare, financial services, and manufacturing. The opening of the Chicago office also reinforces Hexaware’s ability to tap into the city’s robust talent and tech ecosystem, helping it stay at the forefront of AI-driven transformation and digital innovation.

“The U.S. continues to lead in digital adoption, and cities like Chicago sit at the heart of that momentum,” said R Srikrishna. “This office strengthens our ability to support clients as they navigate shifting macro trends, whether it is AI-led transformation or scaling innovation with speed and clarity.”

Siddharth Dhar added, “As our client base grows across the U.S., especially in the Midwest, this move helps us scale more effectively in the region, both in terms of capabilities and speed. Being in Chicago brings us closer to the people and conversations that matter, so we can deliver better, faster, and more relevant outcomes.”

Hexaware plans to hire 250 professionals over the next five years at the new location, contributing to its mission of building smarter, faster, more human-centered enterprises. The Chicago office is designed to foster flexibility, fast decision-making, and deep collaboration across clients in various sectors.

Healthcare and financial leaders have welcomed the expansion. Jenna Howard emphasized the importance of tech investment in healthcare, especially in a market like Chicago. “Hexaware’s commitment to our partnership and Duly’s communities helps expand access and bring innovation to those who need it most,” she said.

Allison Radecki from Morgan Street Holdings highlighted the operational advantages of having stronger onshore partnerships. “Stronger onshore partnerships like this help elevate business performance, especially in areas like compliance, control, and speed to value,” she said.

The office launch also aligns with Hexaware’s commitment to digital transformation at scale, through AI, cloud, and data-first strategies. It is another key milestone in Hexaware’s broader effort to grow its U.S. footprint, improve time-to-market, and optimize tech and business processes for clients across the globe.

Hexaware’s CEO emphasized that the expansion is also a response to growing demand from clients seeking agile, innovative, and purpose-driven partners in navigating today’s rapidly evolving business landscape.
